Spring Onion Poha Recipe

Time: 20 to 25 minutes

half bunch spring onions, finely chopped
2 cups large poha
Getting angry:

2 tbsp oil, 1/4 tsp mustard seeds, 1/8 tsp meat, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
5-6 curry leaves
3-4 green chilies, chopped
1/4 cup peanuts
1/2 cup of freshly grated coconut
salt and sugar to taste


1) Put the poha in a colander. bathe thoroughly and rinse off all water. 2) Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the peanuts over medium heat. Get out.
 In one hot oil, add mustard seeds, hing, turmeric, curry leaves and chilli. Add chopped green onion. Add salt. Cover and cook on low heat.
 Once the onion and its green part are cooked, add the mashed pohe and mix well. Add roasted peanuts, salt and sugar to taste. Add grated coconut. Mix well, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Burning fire. Advice:

1) You can adjust the amount of spring onion according to your preference.
