Ingredients for Chai Masala Powder: – 3 tbsp clove – 1/4 cup green cardamom pod – 1 1/2 tbsp black peppercorn – 2 cinnamon stick – 1/4 cup dried ginger (optional) – 1 tsp nutmeg (optional)

Instructions: 1. Dry roast the cloves, cardamom, peppercorns, and cinnamon in a heavy-bottomed pan over low heat until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.
