Egg Bhurji Gravy Dhaba Style 

Egg bhurji gravy dhaba style is a hearty and flavorful dish that is perfect for a quick and easy meal.  

It is made with eggs, onions, tomatoes, and spices, and is cooked in a thick gravy.  

Ingredients: – 2 egg – 1 large onion, chopped – 2 tomatoes, chopped – 2 green chillies, chopped

– 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder

– 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder – 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder – Salt to taste – Oil for cooking

Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

2. Add the green chillies and ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute more.

3. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

4. Add the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala powder and cook for 1 minute more.

5 Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble until cooked through, about 2 minutes.

6 Season with salt to taste.
