– 1/4 cup water – 1 tablespoon oil – 1/2 onion, chopped – 1/2 bell pepper, chopped – 1/4 cup garlic, chopped – 1/4 cup green chillies, chopped – 1/4 cup soy sauce – 1/4 cup vinegar – 1 tablespoon sugar – 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions: In a bowl, combine the cornstarch, all-purpose flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and salt. Add the water and mix well to form a smooth batter.

Add the paneer cubes to the batter and coat them well.

Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and fry them until golden brown and crispy.
