Ingredients: – 1 pound spaghetti noodle – 8 ounces bottled tuyo – 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil – 6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced – 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flake – 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese – Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package directions.

2. While the pasta is cooking, drain the oil from the bottled tuyo. Chop or shred the tuyo into fine pieces.
